Reroofing, wall recladding and waterlogged floor replacement

I am looking to purchase a bach with renovations factored into the purchase price but need an estimate or quote. The work involves: replacing a metal roof (I believe approximately 150m2) and replacing the internal gutters with external gutters; recladding one wall, approximately 15m long, potentially recladding other areas; replacing water damaged chipboard and a rotten bearer underneath in the bathroom area, which may affect more than one room; fix a leaking ranch slider and replace the damaged chipboard underneath. We would also look to install heatpumps in the four bedrooms at the same time. A Building Inspection report is available with further information.
