demo / rebuild kitchen bathroom

Hi We have a cottage in Coromandel town around 100 yrs old that we are investagating renovating or remove/new build options for. We have had a repiling firm look at it as the first stage as it has a good slope over floors. They say that the lean-too that houses the kitchen and toilet has been sitting on the ground to long and the floor structure is of poor construction / has deteriated to a stage of being un-liftable. We are looking for a firm to demolish and remove the kitchen / bathroom floor and outside wall , prop up the roof back to the remaining house . The Repling would then occur . new piles would also be placed for the lean-too. Then we would need the floor and walls rebuilt with a new bathroom and kitchennett & laundry. New windows and door ,plumbing and electrical would all be needed. House is currently unoccupied. Ultimatly the rest of the house would also get new windows and re-cladding ,rewiring & insulating , new doors onto a new front deck. I hope this is a project that you would be interested in being involved with. Could you please let me know. PS .. We also need someone to draw up a set of floor plans for the cottage for a repile permit as the councle has none i there files. Do you know of any locals that could measure up the current site and redraw it.
