Bathroom renovation

Our current bathroom is tiny (a little over 3 square meters) due to being partitioned with the toilet. We would like to get rid of the internal wall between the toilet and the bathroom and in doing so the new area for the bathroom should be around 5 square meters. The toilet will remain in the same position though be replaced with a new one, the bath will be replaced along the vanity. Shouldn't be any real plumbing work aside from disconnecting/reconnecting bath, toilet & vanity. The door into the toilet will be sealed and replaced with an internal wall, the bathroom door becoming the only entrance to the bathroom. The walls and floor will be vinyled/tiled over depending on cost. On a budget so the cheaper the better. And depending on costs, extractor fan installed. Thanks :)
