Kitchen tiles reseal. Shower seal replacements. Carpet edging added

Hi there, I am looking for someone to help with some jobs around my home. In the kitchen, I would like the sealant between my kitchen benchtop and wall tiles replaced as the current seal is mouldy. In the bathroom, a similar job. The shower seals work but are mouldy. I would like these to be replaced and then the sealant to the bottom tray also removed and replaced for a tidier look. In the kitchen dining, the carpet around the tiles has no edging so it is fraying. This was only installed a year ago and is looking so bad and damaged. I would like some sort of solution where the carpet has an edging to protect it from further fraying. Any questions please message through!
