Need kitchen tiles removed, wall patched

We're renovating our kitchen. Need to remove the kitchen tiles, and presumably patch/sand underneath, although we're putting bigger tiles in their place so probably doesn't need to be perfect. I started, removed four tiles easily enough then struck harder ones, started pulling out bits of wall and realised I don't really know what I'm doing. So need someone to finish it off, please. There are 75ish tiles, each about 12x12cm, if that helps.

fantastic from Ross for a last minute urgent job. Needed some tiles removed, he did it in less time than it'd take me just to set up properly, and patched the gaps and replaced a section of gib. Cleaned up after himself too.
