Showers, mirrors, heated towel rails, fans and lights need to be replaced. heater, splash back needs to be added. a new heated towel rail needs to be added to the ensuite. All rooms need to possibly be re-gibed in parts and walls, trims, window sills and doors need to be repainted. Except for the lighting we will provide all the other components i.e. showers, fans etc.
