Kitchen ceiling and internal wall

We'd appreciate a quote for the following scope of work: - Remove seratone (?) style ceiling. Install ceiling insulation. Replace with Gib/Plasterboard including spacings for downlights. A potential challenge is working this around the top cupboards and water cylinder cupboards which are built in. - Investigate the feasbility of removing one internal wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open plan space. We lack the expertise to determine if this is a load-bearing wall or if this idea would pose other challenges. Kitchen/laundry space is approx width 2m 65cm by length 4m 65cm. A rough drawing is attached.
