Repair cabinetry and wall lining.

Repair of cabinetry and wall lining. This is due to water damage that caused panel swelling and mould on the wall below the level of the sink-bench around the dishwasher area. Please remove all water-affected panels and linings. The left panel of the cabinetry is damaged, but please also check if any other repair is needed behind or around this. The cabinetry might need removal. Please also look at removing the blotchy white colour from the floor vinyl (due possibly to plaster carried by water). I can assist by removing the dishwasher which is on a plinth.
