Open walk in tiled shower and back of kitchen bench siliconed

Hi, I have a tiled shower with a cracked tile at the bottom corner that needs to be replaced. It’s white. Also I have abit of mould in the silicone so the silicone need’s replaced. Have some mould in the silicone at the back or the kitchen taps that needs replacing too which is cream.
