Bathroom reno needed 2024

3bdrm 1 bathroom house, need bathroom demo reno. There is mould in corner behind bathtub and a leak pops out in corner of floor and shower tray. Bathroom is approx 4.4m2. House is currently lived in and would like project to be completed asap. Start asap. I would like to retain existing fixtures where possible. I have listed my thoughts below. Happy to discuss and seek your experience/suggestions prior at the property. *Keep bath tub and box it for ease of cleaning? And tile *Ceiling replace if needed or plaster? *Can the bath tub taps be replaced to one mixer? *Shower box - keep if can be re-used, Add turtle cap. *Vanity sink - keep *Replace vanity mirror with new one that has built in storage cupboard *Remove the heated towel rail and replace with towel rail for vanity on wall and a 2nd practical sensible place ( not heated) *Better lighting for room and over vanity *correct the hot water in shower, temperature and pressure *Floor tiles(non slip) and wall tiles up half way? Or floor to ceiling (tbc) Toilet room adjoins bathroom where there is mould in corner behind bathtub.
