Leaky showers

I would like to repair seals etc on two showers to stop leaks. The rectangular shower leaks quite a bit and has caused a bit of damage to adjacent skirting and gib (skirting and gib is a separate job, but open to including this as part of repair if you can do both). It looks like water leaks through the siliconed joint to the base and where the plastic door seals have broken in this shower. The circular shower leaks much less and I think just needs a new plastic seal in the door.
