Bathroom reno - exploring options

Hi there I've recently purchased a small flat, and unfortunately, the bathroom had water damage from one of the vanity taps leaking. The floor and vanity have water damage and will need replacing. I'm looking at a few options (the plumbing is galvanised, 1960's property, so I'm not sure if this will need refitting) Would like to get an idea of costs for either refitting a new bathroom - keeping to the original floor plan. Or replacing the vanity/ toilet for now option 1: quote for replacing vanity, toilet and flooring (budget-friendly options) option 2: quote for replacing, bath with a walk-in shower, new toilet, vanity and flooring This would be a project I would be looking to do early next year, if possible The bathroom is approx. 1.45w x 2.38l, vanity 75cm l x 46cm w
