Build and install new kitchen cabinetry

We have a 20 year old mahogany kitchen. We'd like a cabinet-maker/joinery? person to help measure, build and install the changes we'd like. - kitchen island - replace outside and doors, and install extra set of drawers to fill gap. Can probably use carcass from under stove? - replace drawer front/doors from all under sink sections. - replace cupboard doors and drawer fronts from under stove. Probably need to replace carcass here, as the stove we hope to replace with an induction and would need space in the top drawer for this? - standalone cupboard above stove - replace carcass and door. - would love to build something around the vent above the stove? - replace oven tower carcass - replace panels and doors for pantry - replace any other toekicks/panels that are mahogany and visible - build extra cupboards above fridge, and panel on right side of fridge to enclose the fridge. - we also want to replace the benchtops and splashback tiles, but are ok if that's not your forte, can get another tradie/company for that.
