Builder needed! (Help with office cupboards)

Needing some help from a local builder to build/paint some cabinets - something similar to the example below. Must be reliable, and able to assist as soon as possible, would be ideally within Nov. Someone with experience building cabinets or similar / and able to produce professional and tidy result. My Husband has built the desk and some bottom drawers in already but we haven’t had time to complete the cabinets up top… us we have quite a few house Reno projects we need to get completed and just haven’t had time to do it ourselves.
