We have installed a new wood burner in a new location and require the old location to be repaired. The old wood burner has been removed. There is a flue hole in the ceiling to be sealed, a tile hearth and a brick wall to be removed. The following would be required: - Remove freestanding (not structural) brick wall - Remove tile hearth sitting on wooden floor - Install studs with plaster wall - New wall skirting - Repair hole in ceiling - Repair the hole in the timber board sarking - Waste removal of the repair Notes: - The ceiling is stipple textured and has tested positive for white asbestos - The brick wall is not connected to the ceiling - There is a stipple free edge around the flue hole that needs new ceiling plaster however this would need to be dealt with carefully - Painting not required - Pink Batts on the repaired ceiling hole would be a nice to have

Ben was quick to make contact and gave an excellent first impression. Ben and his team did an excellent job, he went the extra mile to help with out of scope works and gave well needed advice. Highly recommended.
