Smashing a wall, cavity door installation, wall repair
Job description
I’ve attached building plans, and a floor plan with the proposed changes numbered and listed below, also attached photos of the corresponding sites in the house. 1. Removal of wall 2. Ignore 3. Cavity door to store 4. Cavity door to lounge 5. Repair of wall following heat pump removal 6. Repair of wall following heat pump removal 7. Feature wall installation (like the one in the photo) Main thing we’re interested in is cost to knock down that wall. Have had a building inspector assess it as non weight bearing. Would be interested in an itemised quote as we might not go ahead with all the changes. Would also want to know if you have availability to complete the job in the week starting 24th July 2023.

We would highly recommend Ben! Workmanship was immaculate, completed on budget, he was able to fit us in quickly and completed everything to schedule, and communication was excellent. We appreciated his conscientiousness and eye for detail with home improvements. He was also able to coordinate with plumbers and electricians to complete the work required which was also really appreciated. Everything was left really tidy as well. Thanks Ben!
