Richard attended to the project while I was away on holiday! He did a great job and promptly communicated challenges that he could not foresee at the time when the quotation was initially submitted. Consequently, I was able to agree on additional scope and rates before the work went ahead. He kept the place tidy and I did not have to arrive into a mess when I finally got home. Slight issue with water pressure that he promptly sorted. He is honest and capable tradesperson that you can rely on.
