Job description
Part 1: Bathroom containing shower & vanity (2.1 x 1.8m floor area); remove ex. shower cabinet and free standing vanity, install floor tiles (incl. shower drain system), glass shower panels & new shower fittings & plumbing connections. Reinstate ex. vanity & reconnect plumbing. Part 2: Remove existing toilet and hand basin and replace with new. Please price including all labour and materials excluding the shower mixer, tapware, toilet, hand basin, glass panels and tiles. (if you want we can select & purchase these items through your nominated trade supplier)

Work was completed as agreed to a good standard. There were some redundant wall penetrations that were left open and we had to subsequently plaster over. We later realised that the old toilet vent that was cut at the wall and we plastered over needed to be capped above the roof to prevent rain getting in and being trapped in blocked off vent pipe. Potentially the open wall penetrations should have been included in the scope of work as could identifying the need to block the vent above the roof
