I found Richard to be very professional. He got on with the job, and was able to do all the necessary work himself rather than have sub-contractors for tiling or vinyl laying which helped enormously in the job being done. Extra work needed was carried out with consultation. I would highly recommend Richard from Base7 on any bathroom renovation.
