Bathroom renovation, Pre-Pipe for new washing machine.

Room size 2.75m x 2.65m. Disconnect existing plumbing, electrical units. Disconnect /remove existing toilet, vanity, bath. Remove all wall linings and internal walls around toilet. Remove stippling on ceiling, bring to flat finish. Fix Aqualine gib, add insulation to 1 outside wall. Replace existing windows with equivalent sized new double glazed windows (supplied) Frame out existing bathroom cupboard. Supply/pre-pipe for new tiled corner frameless shower, vanity (wall hung), re-positioning of toilet. Connect upstairs plumbing to existing caliphont (downstairs). Supply and increase size of main stack to suit upstairs plumbing. Disconnect/remove existing hot water cylinder from cylinder cupboard. Pre-pipe, construct floor base, replace wall linings as needed for new washing machine in same cupboard. Install new power point and dryer vent in same cupboard. Electrical - 2x main down lights, 2x new smaller down lights above vanity, new double power point to right of vanity, new light switch, new inline fan and grills, new bathroom heater, new towel rail, new connection for underfloor tile heating control. Replace old electrical box with new one (same position). Underfloor heating. Supply/fit frameless shower 1m x 1m + pre-formed base. Tile main floor and skirting, shower walls and base, plus vanity wall. New toilet in same position but turned around to face vanity. Wall fixtures above vanity. We can source and supply vanity, basins and fixtures. July/August would be preferred. The bathroom is upstairs so for bigger items with rubbish removal and new incoming materials may need to go over deck. As we have a narrow internal staircase.

Our bathroom was in need of a real makeover. Alan and his tradies did an exceptional job. Alan is extremely meticulous about his work which made for a very satisfying finish. I would highly recommend him for any work he does and have already recommended him to a friend of ours who also needs some bathroom work. The photos really don’t do justice to the finish product.
