Handiman / Renovator for bringing house to livable standard - Upper Riccarton

We've recently purchased a property in poor condition from an owner who has not done any work to it in 40 years. Among other things, we need to patch holes in walls, replace carpet, replace bathroom fixtures, replace some wall linings, lay vinyl flooring, lay new carpet, replace rotten trim/windowsills and a few other things. No ladder work required, tools can be provided. All materials/supplies provided to site per needs. House has been inspected for Asbestos, and will be being professionally cleared before start date. Can be completed on a part time or full time basis. Flexible hours - your choice. Payment would be on a daily or weekly (your choice) basis, for hours worked.
