Bathroom renovation plumbing

Im looking at renovating our small bathroom. I plan on installing a new shower and vanity and changing the bath tap. I would be able to do the demo work and most of the installation myself, but would need a plumber for changing the shower plumbing from the right side wall of the shower to the left side. This is because that wall will be removed to make room for a glass wall. I would also need them to come back a few days later to install the mixer/shower head/drain as well as the vanity and bath tap after I had put up new gib, waterproofed and installed the shower tray. I guess I would also need the existing plumbing behind the wall checked and upgraded if there were any issues. I do have the new glass shower/vanity taps/mixer etc and I am flexible on availability. If I have overlooked anything please let me know.
