Major renovation to create open plan space with new kitchen + new bathroom
Job description
Our renovation includes removing several load bearing walls and flipping the Bathroom and Kitchen to the other side of house. We will need a structural engineer for the wall removal, a designer to create drawings for council council consent, and a builder to carry out the works including installing bathroom and Kitchen, new windows and french doors. The footprint of property would not need to be altered. The drawings and council consent will also include plans for a future ensuite. We are looking for accurate quotes and potential timeframes this would take. We are aware of the long lead in times required to get consent, engineer report etc, so do not anticipate the renovation itself to be started until the new year. Ideally the builder would arrange their own electrician, gas fitters, plumbers etc as part of the process. The house is a character home in St Albans. I have attached a 'basic' floorplan that shows walls that need to be removed.

Rise Residential did a 12 week major renovation for us, including bathroom, ensuite, kitchen and knocking out walls to create open plan space. We 100% recommend Ben and his team.
