2 jobs? Replace the main bathroom floor and add a new ensuite

These could possibly be split into 2 jobs - I would prefer they were one job though. 1. Replace and repair the main bathroom floor: Remove and replace a section of a bathroom floor. Including minor demo, replacing mdf, waterproofing and tiling. 2. Building a new ensuite: Preparing and installing a new ensuite in the main bedroom. This will include remodelling an existing large walk-in robe into a split purpose wardrobe and ensuite: plumbing, installing a shower, sink and toilet suite, flooring and installing a new cavity slider, flooring.
