Bathroom Renovation and Replace Gib Ceiling in Lounge

My son has a small 2 bdrm flat in Redwood, Christchurch. He has have a long narrow bathroom with a shower over bath , a vanity and toilet. I’m needing someone to replace all three with the new units of the same in the same place. No changes to layout just modernise. Also need lounge ceiling work - Michael Angelo Tiles removed and gibbed. Only problem is tenants moving out 13/3 in a week and I need the work done pretty quickly eg week of 15/3 and preferably over a few days, I know this is a big ask and probably won’t be able to be done at short notice and short timeframe. The place will be empty so work can be carried out after hours if that helps. My son will be in MIQ for a fortnight and I need to get everything done in those two weeks starting 15/3. I have access to the flat from 13/3. The ceiling and bathroom need to be done first so I can get painters in. Other Tradesmen have come through but let me down saying they can’t do the work hence the short notice. Can you help? Thank you.
