Replace a exhaust fan and cleaning & repainting celling in bathroom

Replace existing fan to more powerful exhaust fan. Cleaning mould and repainting whole celling in bathroom. This is a rental property. I am not sure that how strong extraction of the current fan. Probably100mm extract fan, need to replace 150 mm or more of inline extract fan. Just note: The mould is a little bit better now then picture as the tenant should cleaned them.
