Up grade our en-suite and Guest toilet

We need to replace the toilet, shower and vanity in our en-suite and replace the toilet and sink in the guest toilet. We also need to put in new vinyl on the floor but not sure if that needs to be done before the plumbing work or after and the walls need to be painted but we can do that after. I don’t mind buying what we want if someone can tell me what specifics I need to order. All the old stuff needs to be taken out.
