Small bathroom kitchen laundry renovation

I need a small bathroom installed, laundry bifold cupboard installed in current toilet room and a butlers pantry installed in current laundry. Stage one of more work that needs to be done on new property. But hope to get this done prior to Xmas. After Xmas need load bearing wall removed, dining room extended with main kitchen installed, flooring, deck and fencing, main bathroom renovation with extension. Removal of stipple ceiling in lounge and new gib installed. Plus new guttering installed on house and garage. But wait there’s probably more
