Complete renovation of bathroom in 1940 house.

Replacing shower, toilet, vanity, flooring, window, and whatever patchwork is needed for the walls/floor/ceiling. None of the fixtures are changing from their original position, just after something a bit more modern and practical.

Photos of current bathroom attached, as well as rough sketch of plan for new bathroom.

Bathroom dimensions are 2360 x 2370, with a 640 x 870 hot water cylinder cupboard in one corner.
