Add Ensuite to upstairs room

We want to change a small room upstairs into a ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There is also a window that needs to be removed and replaced with a smaller one for the bathroom so scaffolding will be required. Just want simple shower, toilet and wall hung vanity in the ensuite. Flexible for time to come and view
