Moving kitchen to another part of the house renovation

We’re looking at moving our kitchen to the opposite side of our house to make a more open plan living situation. This may require some structural consented work. At this stage we’re looking for quotes to see how much the work will be before making a decision. We’d love for the work to be completed by the end of the year if we do go ahead. The first 3 pics are of the area we’re thinking of moving the kitchen to and the last pic is of the current kitchen which is in the corner of our house , away from the lounge. If there was a more cost effective layout/way of making the kitchen part of the lounge area we would also be open to those suggestions too.
