reconfigure existing laundry and bathroom

a previous renovation to our house, before we bought it, has created a small second bathroom and a laundry with an external door at the front of the house. We want to reconfigure this space to create a proper front door entrance, an en-suite bathroom to the adjoining bedroom and a small laundry space in a cupboard. Will require building, carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills and a creative can-do attitude to making it all work as we want it.
