2x house renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms

We have 2 houses, a 1970s 2 bedroom, and 1960s 5 bedroom that need: - Painting the exterior and roof - New (or secondhand equivalent) kitckens - Tidy up bathrooms (plastering, tiling, possibly remove bath) - Interior bedroom wallpaper strip and paint, or skimcoat etc - Some new gib/gib stopping in places - New LED lights in places - Some exterior flashings in places - Small repairs to soffit and fascia boards - Other minor work to go over in person Ideally ready to start within the next month. The work doesn't have to be perfect, just to make the place tidy as a rental.
