Bathroom and Toilet renovation

Hi there, we are looking at getting quote for a bathroom and toilet renovation. Work involved is, remove existing, toilet,shower,bath and vanity. Remove cork flooring, remove tiled section of the wall's, and mirror. Then replace shower, Toilet, vanity and Bath (back to wall bath hopefully), new towel rail, heater and extractor fan. Tile the floors and bath/vanity splashback. Put a small hand basin in with the toilet. Would possibly look to paint the two rooms white also. Thanks
