En-suite installation / Bathroom Renovation

Please quote for installation of an ensuite and wardrobe in bedroom one shown on plan attached. This will include new walls, lining and drainage connections to existing sewer and grey water. See drafters plans attached. CCC consent application under way which includes spec required for build. I will complete minor work like painting etc myself. Existing wardrobe and floor coverings will be removed prior to work commencing. Once budget is confirmed I will also go ahead with main bathroom renovation shown on proposed plans. Please provide seperate pricing for main bathroom Consent based work will need to be signed off by registered plumber/builder. Final details to be discussed and noted during site visit.
