Bathroom Renovation

Builders Crack Project - Bathroom Renovation We have a 1970 Home that requires a Bathroom Renovation The walls are clad with Aquapanel on the lower half with Gib board on the upper half. The wall claddings need to be removed and replaced with Gib Aqualine. Walls need to be Insulated before relining. Walls to be plastered and left ready for painting. Existing Vanity, Bathrooom Cabinet and Heated Towel rail need to be removed. We have a new Vanity, Towel Rail and Bathroom Cabinet to be Installed. All Plumbing and electrical work needs to included. Bathroom area is 3m x 2m A plan of the bathroom and photos attached. Other incidental work we would like carried out is to Repair a broken rafter in the roof space, photo attached. Also a wall recess in the hall to be tidied up and replastered where a decorative plaster surround has been removed. Address is in the Hillmorton area.
