small bathroom renovation

New plywood floor and wall linings to 2 walls in small bathroom. Install new vanity in the same position as existing. Install new corner shower unit to the opposite wall to current shub which will require plumbing relocation. New floor and wall linings to be clear coated plywood only. Demolition work not included. New shower and vanity have been purchased. Work to start as soon as possible, no later than the first week of March.
