Gutting the shop fit out and painting

I need to a builder or handyman to make the old leased site fit out to be removed and make the area as blank for the next tenant to move in. Fit out to removed are light boxes, custom made joineries, etc. All the materials to be removed from the premise, most of the material will be required to go to the refuse station to be discarded. The work needs to be started mid March and needs to be completer by the end of March. General painting required to make the space rentable for the next tenant.
