Shower lining

I have a very small ensuite bathroom with a shower that is lined with old formica board. It is cracked, and there are signs that there has been leaking from the plumbing behind the wall. There is an old Felton mixer in the shower. I would like the existing shower wet-walls removed, and the floor under the stainless pan checked as it may need replacing. I would like a new shower lining fitted, probably a one piece acrylic three sided shower liner, (900 x 900) and a glass door. (As in attached photo) I would also like a new shower fitted - a column slide shower.
