Cladding, windows replacement & possible asbestos removal

I live in a small run down 65m2 bach in New Brighton which needs significant repairs. Part of the original house is approximately 100 years old and the newer extension about 60 years old. All the cladding is asbestos sheets. I have had quotes for asbestos removal and windows replacement. I am interested in replacing the cladding and windows. I will probably do the roof at a later date due to budget. Council has told me I can apply for a Resource Consent exemption for both the cladding and insulation. To get the exemption, I have been told I have to replace like for like and the work needs to be completed by a licensed building practitioner (LBP). I was wondering if any LBPs would be interested in giving me a quote for replacing the cladding and insulating the external walls. I am thinking it may be easier to get someone who can coordinate the asbestos removal, window insulation and complete the cladding and insulation etc. A company may able to do several of these jobs.
