storage wall, split rooms

Have a large room with an external storage room adjacent to it. We are hoping to make the larger room small by putting up a wall of storage and make the external storage room into an extra bedroom. This will require moving the current lunge door and adding a new door as well. Happy to do a lot of the extra work, gibb, insulation etc ourselves.
