Ensuite Bathroom Full Reno
Job description
We are gutting our ensuite bathroom and renovating. Size is approx 2.4mX2.2m. Sloping ceiling toward the back 2m height at back wall. Want to put in a shower that is flush tiled with rain shower and slide bar shower, new toilet, new cabinet, mirror and all fixtures etc. So far it is almost all stripped back. Wanting to get some costings for doing the whole job. We have a sparky already. Looking for an amazing tiler to make it look good. Want to tile floor and all walls to ceiling height. Planned on buying various bits ourselves but if a tradie can get better deals at trade rates with their margin included then happy to look at that too if it makes the job more attractive. Currently all the water in the house is low pressure and want to change this to mains pressure for decent showers etc. Currently hot water cylinder but will look at switching to gas to get rid of water cylinder and get decent hot water. Might leave this to a later date if there is a high pressure option with current cylinder that can put the change to gas cost off for a bit. Keen to start soon. Have not picked tiles yet etc so will be a bit of a lead up to doing that.
