Bathroom renovation starting with installing a shower door

We have an upstairs shower that currently has only a shower curtain. We want someone to tell us if it is possible to install a shower door on the current shower and a shower dome over the top. We want to reduce the moisture that is affecting the paintwork. The current shower is a 2 piece mold which sits in a recessed area in the bathroom. It seems in good enough condition to be bothered to put a shower door on, although the shower tapware will also need replacing. However, we would be open to installing a whole new shower setup if we could increase the overall shower footprint even if it means doing some internal alterations. We are also looking to eventually renovate the whole bathroom although that probably won't be for another 18 months as we have guests coming to live for a year in May. First things first, can someone come and tell us if a shower door is possible, and then give us a range of quotes for various options. Thanks.
