Bathroom Renovations

We have a small bathroom around 4-5m2. What is required: - New Toilet - New Vanity - New Mirror Cabinet - Walls are lino, need to be removed and potentially redo whatever is behind it + paint. Could put some bats in the wall for insulation. Floor in the bathroom is lino at the moment and we would like it to be redone along with the laundry/hallway flooring/kitchen about 10m2 all together so it all matches.
