Replace/repair shower rimu framing and seal

Hi, We have a shower with rimu framing at the entrance to the shower. The bottom of the rimu frames joining to the tiles are getting rotten and need replacement/repair. There is also a gap between the shower tray and where the tiles are that needs to be closed off and sealed. Please see photos. If you are interested in this job, please explain how you would propose to do the repair (are you going to change the bottom part of the frame with another piece of Rimu or change the entire piece or some other solution so it would last longer). This is a tenanted property so if you can provide a quote without having to first visit the property that would be great. Thanks
