Kitchen cupboard /cabinet adjustment

A little job for a skilled builder come carpenter come kitchen installer I would like this cabinet raised from the bottom up by about 10cm (to fit in a fridge and yes I was a dumbass) but still allowing enough space for the glasses above to fit in the cupboard There is no real rush but if you can get it done sooner rather than later it would be great Thankyou
