Kitchen cabinet resize to fit dishwasher

Hey there, I would like to install a slim dishwasher in my kitchen (45cm). To do the I need to alter two existing cupboards. The one closer to the oven will be the main space for the dishwasher ,which is 35cm. The other cupboard will give up the remaining space needed. What I require is to get the cupboard remade once the dishwasher is installed. Resize the double doors on the cupboard with the sink. I realise the doors won’t be in the middle of the sink, any ideas on how to do this greatly appreciate. Cheers Michelle
