Partial Cottage Renovation

Partial renovation of aproximately 100 year old Mudbrick cottage in sound order, currently being lived in. Removal of two internal walls and replacing with steel beams and timber cladding. Raising part of the floor to match existing cottage on the lean-to part of the cottage. Reconfigure kitchen, bathroom, living layout, replacement of outside cladding with plaster finish and installation of new windows and doors to lean-to part of the cottage. All plans, building consents, heritage area resource consents approved and in place. Owner has hammerhand/labourer experience on previous home projects and would like to be involved from a labour perspective, demolition of walls, stripping out of existing spaces and general labouring tasks. Photos showing lean-to part of the cottage where most of the renovations are to be done, only one window for door replacement work to be done on the original cottage.
