Historic Homestead Exterior Renovation

--- year old house in Ranfurly requires work to preserve it from further deterioration. This will involve some stone work, some decking repairs and balustrade repair and painting. All work will be concentrated on the exterior only at this stage. Preferably - I want to meet any potential builders on site on Friday the 23rd of March in the afternoon while visiting the property.
