House Relocation Project - Code of Compliance

We have a 3ha property in rural Carterton and we've purchased a second hand relocatable house which is due to be transported to our site at the end of this month. We've just had our Building Consent issued by CCC. We are looking for a builder to take on our project and assist us with getting the house to Code, e.g remedial works to repair the cut (house will be cut in two for the shift and reconnected to weathertight condition by the moving company), roof bracing works, complete stairs and baseboards, possibly decking work etc. We would just be looking to do these initial works to get the house to code at this stage, but will also be looking to do some further renovation works in the new year that it would be good to chat about as well. We have already completed site works and have temp builders supply connected to our building site.
